MetaQuest, why are you not allowing parent-purchased games to be shared with child accounts?

MetaQuest, why are you not allowing games purchased on a parent account and all bundles to be accessible/shared on a child account, mainly when both accounts are used in the VR system? As a mom new to VR, I have bought numerous games on my account for my sons to play, believing these could be transferred to his account, which is set up in my family center. However, after allowing access to those games on his account, I was prompted to repurchase them. This approach seems unreasonable and unacceptable. Why should a parent have to repurchase games when they have already been purchased and have undergone parental vetting? This policy is unfair and appears to extort extra money from parents. Has anyone else had the same experience? Do you agree with MetaQuest's current approach? To the MetaQuest product team: could you please revisit these practices and consider making improvements? It would significantly enhance the experience for parent and child accounts if we didn’t have to repurchase the same games.
