PLS HELP!

so basically I haven't used my meta quest 3 since June and today when I turned it on for the first time in a while it was running normally. It wasn't fully charged and when it died I put it to charge. After it was done I turned it on and i was going to add another account but when I clicked on add a account it crashed and it got stuck on this screen. I tried soft reseting it and it didn't work. Then when I plugged it in to charge some more the led light was purple and then after like 5 minutes it went back to normal. Can somebody please help me because the symbol won't go away and I can't play vr anymore.

@Tprime53  make sure you select cloud backup in the mobile app and the headset visible to the phone before you factory reset. Some games do not support save backup.  You can also backup your game saves using the sidequest software.
