My C: does not have enough space for the oculus app to update so I tried using the supplied command on the oculus website to move it to a new directory but it only reinstalls it back on the C: - can anyone help with this? Thanks.

Use a symbolic linked folder on another drive for your games.
Google it.

It's not an issue with the game directory as it allows you to install them to another drive. My issue is with the actual Oculus Application itself. I need to move it from my C: because I don't have enough space for it to update.

If you move the games directory (which takes up the most space) to another drive, you should have enough space left to do the update.

I wish I did but sadly my C is tapped as it's a very small SSD OS drive. That's why I need to move the install directory but the command Oculus has listed to do so on the support page reinstalls it back on C for me sadly.

And that's where the symbolic link comes into play.
Oculus thinks it's on the C: drive but the link allows you to put it somewhere else.
