Good day! I am humbly communicating with you regarding my disabled account hoping that you can help me recover it since that account is very important. All of my files for work and business including important documents and photos are in my facebook account. Please help me. It was disabled on January 1, 2025 saying that my account does not follow your Community Standards on Child Exploitation. My account is also connected with our facebook page. It is a facebook page for our photo studio from which we cater photography services to our clients from family photoshoot, portraits, pre-birthday photoshoot and newborn photoshoot. If there are violations we committed, pls know that we humbly ask for apology if there’s any and let us know it what can we do to recover my disabled account. If you have contact number or email or help centers from which we can reach you, pls provide us. I am really sorry if we have violated any of our community standards, please give us another chance to recover my account. Praying and hoping that you will accommodate our request and provide us information.

Hey @Aloha032889 ,
If your account was disabled for violating Community Standards, recovery depends on the severity and nature of the violation. You can request a manual review by contacting Meta's support team through their Help Center and providing all required information.
Regarding the connected page, even if the account cannot be recovered, the page can still be restored. You will need to submit a Page Admin Dispute Request to Meta’s support or Pro Team, along with the necessary documentation proving ownership.
The outcome will depend on the complexity of the case and the review process by Meta.
If you want to know more information please reply me here.
Thanks
Mark Anthony
