My Quest 2 has been completely bricked by Meta update. It is literally dead.. no power .. no charge lights ... won't turn on. I updated the headset and restarted it and it's dead.
I can't reply to the "LIVE" thread about this issues. I entered my serial number into the product claim page and it said my headset is NOT AFFEECTED.
It is 100% affected. I updated it ... it died .... @meta .. how do I get a replacement ... since you just fluffed my perfectly working headset.

Yah, I have the same issue, It has not been able to turn on ever since I purchased my Quest 3 for 2023 Christmas.. Could be a software issue or something else, But all I know is that we, Or you should get the Quest 2's headset replaced by a Meta employee.
