It's been 6 months since on my VR appeared a warning saying for me to enter meta.com/device and enter a code. ("****-****" thing), I didn't do it because I had 1 month left. After 2 months I decided to play on it again, but it still showed the code, so I got my phone and tried to log in, whoever I needed to show my ID card.
I don't know what happend but after I took a photo, it blocked my account. I created a new account so i could continue, but when I turned the VR the code was still there, and wouldn't open the settings or the main menu, I tried resetting and turning off but nothing worked.
The code for pairing the devices didn't appear on the oculus, only the ****-**** one. But in my phone it said that already sent it to the VR. I tried connecting to my old acc but no luck. As a final solution I tried entering the 8 letter/number code in my new account but appeared "invalid code". I also tried "factory reset" but how i needed a new account to be paired in the VR, i coudn't do it.
Conclusion: I can't do any solution as "factory reset" because i need an account, but my acc is blocked, and creating a new one need to pair the devices, but it don't show the code to do it, only the 8 letter code that i need my blocked account to enter. I already tried everything, but nothing works. I'm hopeless.
