Just wondering what to do or how to go about this, I was playing my meta and got low battery. I was just stationary watching immersive videos so I plugged it in. About 10 minutes later I felt a couple stings on my face so I felt the area with my hand and it immediately burned so I flung the headset off. Not sure if melted plastic burned or if the charging cord burned through and hit my face when it fell out. I’ll provide pictures below but when I contacted support it wasn’t much assurance on how to go about this. Someone said I’ll be contacted via email in under 48 hours.. should I contact corporate or what is the correct way to go about this?
