It seems like the OP is ignoring the multiple hints, that there IS paypal support in the OH store. Dear @SanLunar please see the payment option screen in the Oh settings. There is a paypal option available. Use it. Be happy.
I got my Rift yesterday, and I also got a Paypal option when I did my Oculus home setup. I have to agree with the OP however, I live in the Netherlands, and the same as in Germany and most people dont have or use Creditcard. Its either cash, or pin with their bank card. (Maestro) There is also no advantage here to use a creditcard. because you need to pay a small free over your transaction, and you have monthly costs.
I got a prepaid creditcard which I only use when I need to order something from websites which only support creditcards, but I noticed that recurring payment is not allowed with this creditcard either.
