I hadn't seen these before so extremely impressive. Haptic feedback is definitely a bonus compared to non-haptic hand tracking only. I wonder how much the company predict we'll need haptic non-controller use.
With or without gloves, we'll still have more realistic haptic feedback for flight siming and racing with sticks and wheels. and with shooters, we could have better haptic feedback from dummy gun stocks with triggers.
I can see that gloves will open up a whole new world of interaction but I'm just wondering what proportion of our VR experience is going to remain siming and shooting.
Edit: RTS's would be good with gloves!
