Very cool!

Nice interface concepts.

Almost too cool an experience to be floating about in space while watching a movie. I kept finding myself looking around at the scenery rather than watching the film. 🙂 I think if I had a theater on my starship, I'd probably be tempted to draw the curtains so I could watch the film for a while without getting distracted by the awesome view. Watched part of Oblivion, and it truly felt like a futuristic experience.

interesting 🙂

i can see something like this fitting in very nicely as a holodeck theater room on the "Bridge of the Enterprise" demo with the content focused specifically on Star Trek only.

focus;
-collaborate and or just straight up hack something similar to this into Bridge of the Enterprise demo as a 'holodeck theater room'
-preload at least one episode of Star Trek into the demo
-consider integrating Netflix into it preferably auto-filtered to just stream Star Trek content to the virtual theater display.

I bought this a few weeks back and it works great. The only issue is the horizontal line that moves down the screen as a watermark as the dev doesn't have the license for media playback driver.... EDIT he just fixed it with an update.

Originally he was charging 10 bucks for it so he could get the license that he required to remove the watermark. He was good to his word and removed it in he latest update.

If you ask me is it worth 10 dollars then I would have to say yes as its one of the best media players available and very relaxing when sitting in space

Demo can be found here http://www.mind-probe.com/vrcinema/download.php

VR Cinema looks better.
I do not want to sit in a space ship.
I do not want to sit in a middle of a lake in a boat .
I do not want to sit a ,,,
I want to sit in a quiet movie .

Download link that asks for money? Fuck you! There is the word "Buy", USE IT! :evil:
And i still wont give money for a player that lacks basic features like subtitles. Atleast this time the price is reasonable.
