Not getting code sent to phone for Two-factor authentication

I have tried twice.  I tell it to send the code to my phone for the 2MF authentication and NOTHING happens.  I work in tech support remotely so I get codes from my own job sent via sms all the time.  This is not an issue with my phone, assuredly. 

1)  On your website I go into Password & Security, then click edit on Two-factor authentication.

2) Text Message - Add a phone number to receive two factor codes, & click ADD.  I input my mobile & submit.  NOTHING.  No text.  I have tried this now several times and on different days.  Same, no sms code sent!

Unfortunately I cannot go to that "here" hyperlink.  I'm on my work computer on a VPN, so it's blocking that hyperlink.  How else would we get around this?  You can email me.  Same address on my account.  or?

Ignore this ... figured out how to get to your account to PM you.  The instructions you gave didn't pan out.

Figured out what to do, just clicking on your profile name above the message window got me to your profile and PM'd you there

I PM'd you the information, name, gametag & email as well included the cell number I'm not getting your sites text message/SMS code from.  I replied OVER 7 hours ago, messaged you again 2+hours as you hadn't responded since then, you said giving you that information will give you the data you need to basically work with me to resolve this.  

 

Not trying to be impatient, you were very responsive prior to me giving you the information.  Then ZERO response even after another post asking for a response.  Nice.  I need to complete 2MFA to get Developer setup.  I've been dealing with this issue a week prior trying to figure out issue, and came to the conclusion it's not my end.  So I'm on hold even longer, we're coming up on the holiday, so If someone can let me know WTH is going on here?  Appreciate it.

INCORRECT!  I had a PM I was talking with PrincessPeeches the MOD.  They asked for my information which I promptly responded.  After that, no response.  It's been 8 hours now.  So, Amazing support team?  I'm a L2 Tech on a Amazing Support team.  No response all day after submitting the information they said would help them fix this.  Not amazing at all.  & Yes I posted two times after that.  One just over 2 hours later asking for a response & then again over an hour ago as it was then past 7 hrs... silence.  So your link, isn't helping this be any more NON amazing than this has been.  Displeased thus far.  Just want a resolve for an issue that's been going on for a lil while now.

@Un4gtble As for @PrincessPeeches, she was simply providing the directions to be able to PM @MetaQuestSupport as you had stated the link didn't work. 

Since this is a 2fac issue which we don't hold the resources for in the forums, your best bet would be to head over to https://store.facebook.com/help/support/quest/ and create a ticket where the specialist team will need to take care of the issue for you.
