Interesting to note that this has been an ongoing issue for AT LEAST 3 years (I'm having it too) and it is still an continuing problem.
One of the things I've noticed with this and other corporate support structures, is this transition to an undisclosed up-voting policy, demonstrated when a company fails to address concerns.
This was revealed to me when I had a problem with my Spotify account and was told to leave a message on the support forum, and when it got enough up-votes it would be addressed.
So, I can only presume that we, as paying customers, no longer have a direct relationship with any particular company. We seem to have a relationship with a façade of said corporation that is completely disconnected from its underlying infrastructure.
Sad...
