I downloaded the latest PC PTC and the stutter is absolutely unbearable! I checked the performance menu and it showed that the compositor was dropping frames like crazy! The only way I was able to fix the issue was by unsubscribing from the PTC. My PC specs are as follows: Ryzen 7 5800X3D, RX 6800XT, and 16 GB of ram.
Unless meta support suggests that a current bug can be fixed by going to PTC, I avoid it like the plague, lol!
Just a warning, if you go back and forth a few times to PTC you may end up needing to run a Repair.

It seems like Meta PC updates are on the windows release cycle, every other one is just bad. I get that they are a small team, but a company the size of Meta should have more people working on a feature that they sell accessories for.
Can confirm the same issue. very bad, hard, intermittent stuttering on PTC v49. Same in-game graphics settings as the previous version. Even after lowering the overall resolution, no improvements.
