For people that purchased using credit cards, we have already charged a $50 deposit. We will charge the remaining balance to the original credit card shortly before we ship your DK2. If we are unable to charge the credit card on file, you will receive an email notification, but your order will be delayed until we can successfully complete the transaction.
For people that purchased using PayPal, their policy requires us to charge the full amount at the point of sale, so you’re all set. Just confirm your address and you’ll receive your kit.

Ok then middle of the week has arrived. So where's my Rift?
They said they EXPECTED to START shipping AROUND the middle of this week. Even if the first units are sent today, it will take at least 2 days for them to arrive at the first doorsteps

I just paid up to via paypal, whilst my CC was fine for the deposit, didn't want to risk a delay caused by the CC company deciding the payment should be confirmed with me first or anything (happens occasionally if i make a decent sized purchase from a foreign company)

Yeah the post I replied to was of a picture of the world smallest violin and was sort of insulting.
I tried to lighten the mood but the original picture I was replying to didn't show in the quoted message. Instead it only showed as a direct reply to your message. Was not meant to be an insult to you.

Don't worry, I was actually worried when I asked that question, and people posting stuff like that doesn't help one bit but to contribute to frustration. Your picture was kind of funny though but at the time I felt it contributed.

You didn't get the point, i am not looking at the DK2 on my doorstep, but i am looking for news about whether it has or hasn't been shipped yet. We, as customers, want real estimates, not expect dates, same way that an enterprise will not accept my speech of "i expect to pay you whenever i can".

I did the same thing but I'm actually glad because the original credit card I used is already being used way more than it should be and I wanted to use Paypal to begin with, but they were having issues on the first day. Sorry to be a noob to the forums but has anyone's status changed from "Pending" yet? I didn't see anyone mention it yet but figured I would ask.
