The screen door effect is probably a little bit better than the simulation. This is because you are focus on the image and not on the pixel,when you are inside the game you can't really see like in the simulation all this pixels.
The motion blur is also better in the rift. In the simulation is a lot of more nauseating than in the rift 😮
My DK1 is nowhere near as bad as that site leads people to believe. The motion blur has never bothered me, though my room is somewhat warm, which should effect the panel somewhat. As for the screen door effect, mine is definitely NOT as bad as the site shows.
