Oculus link nor air link not working

I have a cable that I got from amazon that works when I use side quest its called the auke ian and it works fine but it still wont connect my oculus and im wondering is something wrong is it my usb ports that isn't allowing it to connect or if its that my drivers need to be updated bc on the app it says your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements but it should still allow my computer to work for it and air link doesn't work either for some reason if any one has advice please share it with me!

We know that any sort of connecting issue can definitely put a damper on your VR time, and we would like to help you with this. We would like to go ahead and provide some troubleshooting steps to update your drivers and make sure everything meets the requirements to use the link cable. Please use the steps below:

 

Update drivers and graphics cards.

Requirements to use the Meta Quest link

 

To restart your headset:

With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power off screen.
Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.


If you're unable to restart your headset:

Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds. This will manually turn off your headset.
Wait 30 seconds.
Press and hold the power button until your headset turns back on.

 

Afterward, please restart the headset, restart the PC, and then the router.
