Oculus not working (blinking orange led)

I have a big problem and I hope someone can help me (I sent a support ticket 5 days ago and no response 😕 )

My oculus DK2 was working fine since I got it, but now it doesn´t work at all, the orange LED is blinking (+ windows sounds of plugging and unplugging).

I tried using different USB ports on my pc, I have the camera adapter in my socket, I made sure that all the cables are inserted properly but nothing helped so far.

Does anyone have a similar problem?

But in your shoes i would be very tempted to set up a virtual pc, install just the OS and what's required and try that.

Can you try a new HDMI cable (10' or less)?

Is the light supposed to be blue or orange on the rift?

Mine has always been orange.

Depends on the mode and if something is running!

If you run in extended then always blue if on.

If in direct then orange when 'on' but getting no signal (so screen is off/standby) blue when you run software for it.

Oculus not working...

I tried different HDMI cable but no improvement 😕

The thing is, I can launch demos if I am quick (when the orange light is on) and the demo will launch, but will give me an error as soon as the orange light goes off - DK2 turns off
