Cyber has said the best thing you can do is email whoever created the app or game you are interested in from oculus share and ask if they will update it to work with the 1.3 runtime. I think once it has been updated to the 1.3 runtime it will then move from oculus share to oculus home.
I really do hope the creators of the things on oculus share update them to work with the 1.3 runtime. There are some really good apps and games in oculus share.
