Too many times do we hear negative comments about Oculus customer support. I believe in giving credit when it is due. I contacted them yesterday and in minutes I had a reply with good advice. As it happened it was user error but I have rarely seen customer support respond so quickly. Well done Lloyd and Oculus. Thank you again.

I submitted a request to them earlier today and got a response faster than expected. I can't complain about the experience.

LOL,  they suck you in with a quick response then don't follow up.... It has been 6 days since the first initial Quick Response....

My issue was solved on the first response but I had a pretty simple request so I might not be a good example.

My Current Issue is a faulty HDMI Cable.....  You would think that would be pretty simple.

I think the real test of response is the follow up and getting that done speedily without big gaps of days & weeks between Q & A's. This is where the system appears to be falling over unfortunately, resulting in some people being unable to use their Rift properly after waiting long & patiently to receive it. We can still hope that Oculus gets on top of all this soon though ! :wink:

I can only go by my experience. I recieved two emails from them and both were with minutes of my emails being sent.

My issue also probably like @snorbitz a faulty cable (not sure 100% but neither hdmi nor usb from hmd not recognized now by pc after 3 days of working with minor problems). First response was at the same day couple hours later so I thought: great! . Last one - 6 days ago claiming "to look into options for you". Person looking must have lost his glasses or something to take it so long. So no. Customer support is shit right now unless you have simple problem.
