Oculus touch pre-order. How can I check the order was done with priority?

I have
received the mail for the pre-order last week and it said that I need
to use the same email I used for the first order. The problem is that
for the Rift I didn’t make an account for the order. Now, after
getting the rift I made an account using the same email address I
used for the order. For placing the order I logged in on the Oculus
page and placed the order. Unfortunately the order confirmation does
not say anything about the priority status of the order I placed.


I would
like to know where I can check it. I already sent a mail to the
support but until now nobody answered. I would like to make sure this
was correct before it is too late.

Hi @HumppaMaaan, at the end of the order process it would have said something like 'Congratulations: your prior Rift preorder qualifies you to have a preferred place-in-line for your Touch preorder!'

You can check now by looking at your order history (from the Oculus Home Page, click on your user name drop down at the top right of the page & select 'My Orders', expand the Touch order and it will say the same 'Congratulations: your prior Rift preorder.... etc' wording if you're on the priority list.

I pre-ordered from Amazon instead of Oculus store. Reason: Soon, I'm will not be residing in the 20+ countries Oculus officially ships to. How do I get the same pre-order priority?

I'm in a similar situation (although I was a kickstarter backer). I placed my touch order with my oculus account, which I created with my kickstarter email address way back when the oculus website launched. However I don't have any mention of priority status, and instead have "

Is there any way to confirm my place in the queue? I didn't rush to pre-order on day 1 because the announcement email specifically said I had until the 26th to place the order while maintaining my reserved spot.

I also should have $15 Oculus store credit from the kickstarter campaign, which I was saving for CV1/Touch, which seems to have now disappeared from the Oculus store system without warning. I would have redeemed it on Steam if they had said it was going away. Given we got a free CV1 I'm not terribly sad about this, but I am also quite upset that the DK1 is not at all supported now. (Despite "all dev kits are supported for development", which they obviously aren't).
