Just came across this, which I think may help hugely for those of us who have to wear glasses when using the

Rift.: https://www.nooz-optics.com/en/nooz-reading-glasses/1-reading-glasses-midnight-black.html

I guess its early days yet.  its not that I cant use my Rift, it just could be a little sharper.  Still delighted with it though, had my first HDMI drop out yesterday, so the glasses thing is a moot point til I get the HDMI issue put t bed.

You guys know about "VR Lens" don't you? You have several threads here talking about them. Just be warmed some users reports a problem to keep then without moving/falling. Read all thread before doing the jump. I'm waiting myself to see if this company (the same making the VR cover) provide a suitable solution for us Rift users.

I saw the posts... that's why I was careful so ask  "Why cant they just make prescription VR lenses that fit well and are easily swapped out. "

I guess by 'they' I'm hoping 'Oculus' themselves.. sure they might be 10 times more expensive, and wont arrive in good time... but at least when they do the fit and quality should be good.

On the VR Lens ones - I'm also aware its the same company that make VR cover, and having bought those I can say for the Oculus the fit of those is shockingly bad.

I've no idea if their lenses fit well, but did read a post somewhere where they fitted ok to start with then kept falling out.

I recommend staying away from VR Lens for the moment, unless you are positive you are willing to spend $100+ USD and willing to make modification(s) to get it fit right.  Or Mickey Mouse it with tape/glue/puddy

I have them, and they tend to dislodge when they get enough g-force.  They initially works great, but after a 2-3 weeks the "nudge" part of the frame tends to become weak.  Then the problem starts.  Mostly when looking up, they sometime fall off.  I also had a few times when I placed the Oculus on the table, they get moved.
