Oculus works on All-in-One but not on desktop[SOLVED]

I have a Dell all in one, where everything is integrated into one. When I opened it up and plugged the oculus into the hdmi input on it, it worked perfect. However when I saw that Unreal castle demo, I ran it but it was too choppy. So I got my much faster other desktop and now it is not working at all. Even when I run the tuscany demo, the keyboard is unresponsive, and the monitor shows the 2 views. On the oculus I see the 2 views also but it does not at all respond to my head movement or even the keyboard!!! I tried to run the UnityDemoScene without the oculus hooked in on my all in one, and it responded to keyboard movement(so maybe this part says something about whats wrong). I've tried so many different combinations in the multiple monitor management in the control panel, but still no luck. I just got this and am so excited but now I'm in despair. Can anyone help? If anybody is near tampa who can help me, I will pay you to help set it up if needed. Thanks so much.
UPDATE: I solved by downloading microsoft files here:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=5555

What happens when you run it without the oculus plugged in at all on your fast computer?

It loads the scene on screen, but is unresponsive to keyboard. It surprisingly still does nothing but let you stay still in the scene. Can there be any reason for that?
