I would love to have a dev kid though - just to experience how it would be if i really had a kid :lol:

Yes we're living in exciting times, VR finally getting a solid hold in the gaming business after decades of waiting...but it's not the end of the world or any reason to start thinking about cancelling orders if they will arrive weeks or months late.
As much as I would like to force anyone from Oculus to post regular updates about everything, not just the once-a-month they are doing now, it's their call and I bet they are being held by their ears by the Facebook owners at this time, keeping a tight grip on what info to spill to the crowds and not. It all boils down to economics, negative posts might drop the company value and the other way around.
