i'd just like to reinforce the deluge of users reporting the same issue, i've been processing since october 20th. I also had an issue with a payment problem earlier that week which i didn't catch for about 3 days. It was strange because all my payment info was inputted accordingly, trust me I ordered on August 11th, i've been checking my order info twice a day and making sure everything was in order.
This is shaping up to be a huge disappointment which i know others can echo, seeing people ordering LITERALLY 2 months after i did getting shipments, it's not good business.
I think we deserve a better answer, as support doesn't help, and no one else seems to know what the tracking numbers are, if they've shipped, or what's going on. I believe that this qualifies for further investigation immediately, i'm hoping that you can please get someone on this.

100% agree but at same time in a few weeks not likely to be much of an issue if recent peoples deliveries are anything to go by. If anything just whoever is waiting like us will be affected. That's assuming their two week max for processing is a real thing which I hope it actually is. If not then we might be in some trouble. So at the moment nothing we can do except wait and hope by end of this week or stuff ships or hope it already shipped and just hasn't been made aware of tracking number.
