Ordered the Meta quest link cable from the meta store website and received the old stock of an Oculus link cable. I have a new Quest 3 and have been waiting for this cable.
Just spent 40 minutes on a support chat call with the end result of
1. The cable is the same (supposedly)
2. I could return the cable
3. There is no guarantee I would get the Meta branded cable if ordered again
Can someone here confirm that the cable is 100% compatible and I'd be interested in peoples' thoughts on why you can order something on the Meta store and not get what you ordered.
