Did anyone manage to get one of the rockets to fly out of the open window on the roof? I tried but either my aim is off or its an invisable wall and not possible
It's definitely possible. It's easier if you hold the rockets pointing almost straight at the window gap, and rotated in a way where the pull string attachment point is pointing down. That way the rocket doesn't turn when you release it.

juggling dowsnt seem possible with touch cause you can only hold one item at a time
