Piss poor Support with a month and a half chat

here is a copy of emails I been gettingfor 3 weeks not and still not fixed even though they got the stuff requested.

So that we can better determine what causing this issue, kindly try to perform these additional troubleshooting steps:
  • Connect to a different Wi-Fi network
  • Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi: Go to your headset's settings, forget the current Wi-Fi network, and then reconnect to it.
  • Check for Interference: Ensure there are no other devices causing interference with your Wi-Fi signal
  • Update Your Headset: Make sure your headset's software is up to date.
If the issue still persist, I would like to gather some information of yours so that we can check for your warranty options. Please see below:
