Playing games with both rift cv1 and quest

Hello, i have a question. I currently have a rift cv1 hooked to my 1st computer. I just ordered a quest. I plan to use quest for movie etc, and also play games using link on my 2nd computer.

My question is, if i want to play with a friend, how can we play the same game together ( ex : the unspoken)? Do i have to have 2 accounts? My guess is that i will need 2 account and buy the game again... Is that it?

Ya, bought on separate accounts would be one way as long as the game actually supports mult-player.

Another option may be to use games with cross-buy and cross-play so your quest can play as a standalone with your Rift on your PC.  Here's a couple of links about this that might help;

Thanks a lot for your reply. The thing is i would prefer to "game" on the quest using link, since a have 2 descent computer, 1 for the rift and 1 for the quest. I have 2 games in mind, the unspoken, wich you can play multiplayer, and also arizona sunshine, that have a nice coop mode. But if i use both rift and quest link, on the same account, i guess it will not works?

That is a bit obscure how i should do that. I fear i would have to make 2 accounts and buy the games on both accounts.
On your 2nd link, it say that arizona sunshine can be played with same account on 2 headset,  ::smile:

AZ multi maybe with a Steam family account?  Not sure about that because I have never used that.

Oculus store Rift-only would need separate Oculus accounts.
