I am a subscriber of Meta Quest+. I think it's a neat way to expand my games library for a decent price. However I was disappointed this month with the inclusion of MOTHERGUNSHIP: FORGE. I own a Rift CV1 and play PC VR exclusively, but for some reason the version of MG:F on the Oculus/Meta store is only available for standalone headsets, meaning I can not download it or play it on my PC. This is just silly because MG:F has a PC version of the game available on Steam, so it's not as if a PC version does not exist.
I hope that moving forward the Meta Quest+ subscription will only feature games that are available on Quest AND PC.

106 Titles currently.
At 2 games a month that's 53 months or about 4 and a half years worth of games, with more games being developed and released over that time.
"there are a lot of popular games that wouldnt get included"
What games are you referring to? There are tons of greats on the cross-buy list. Sure I'd be pretty disappointed if one month I got "Mondly: Practice Languages in VR". They aren't all hits, but I am under no illusions that for $8 I'm going to get something like Asgard's Wrath 2 when that releases. Meta is never going to add their most popular/highest earning games to Meta Quest+ unless they are trying to generate an influx of new subscribers.
The best thing they can do IMO is keep the subscription available to as many platforms and players as possible, because I doubt they will include the best of the best games from any platform at its current price point.

It would be good if all games were avaiable on both stores.
Meta can't really dictate to game developers which platform they offer their games on. If a dev has put their game on Steam, they may have decided that that's all they need to do, especially if they havent included native Oculus support in the game i.e. If it uses OpenVR/OpenXR for PCVR support.
The subscription introduces some benefits for the user but I'm not totally sure yet how much the developer benefits. I'm sure Meta can and does encorage devs to publish on their own platform but it's really up to the dev to decide.
Also, I suspect the only games that you get on both stand-alone and PCVR as part of Quest+ are cross-buy games. Those are the games that the developer had already decided to give us the PC version at no extra cost if we buy the stand-alone version, and vice-versa. Not all games are like that... some games need a lot of additional development to produce both versions, and the dev needs to cover that cost with seperate purchaces. But yeah, Meta can't really dictate on this.

I am developing a game for both Valve Index and Quest1/2. The issue with meta is they take a staggering 47.5% off the price I put for the game and so for this reason I will publish on Steam. meat are just too greedy and so their store will eventually lack in games. Buy a Kiwi PCVR cable and play on a PC, you will get better graphics and a smoother experience.

47.5% is the cut they take for selling virtual items in Horizon World. The app store only takes 30% on games.
(The app revenue section of the developer site specifies the 30%)

Yep, as kojack says, Meta and Steam take the same cut in their game stores.
As a UK Horizon Worlds (wannabe) creator, I think I'm right in saying Meta don't offer footfall revenue outside of the US. Not sure if there are any regional NFT restrictions though. But Horizon Worlds is a different beast altogether and still only available in selected countries.
I play both Steam and Meta library PCVR games, can't see a difference in smoothness personally, generally speaking native Oculus support is thought to be smoother for Oculus PCVR, but OpenXR seems to be good for me too, I also don't have performance issues with OpenVR but everyone's mileage may vary.

"Meta can't really dictate to game developers which platform they offer their games on."
I'm aware of that, and I'm not asking Meta to do that. Meta does dictate which games get added to their Meta Quest+ subscription, and I am asking them to chose games that offer standalone and PC versions on the Oculus store, such as games from the cross-buy list.
"Buy a Kiwi PCVR cable and play on a PC"
I play exclusively on PC with a Rift CV1, as mentioned in my post.

The choice of cross-buy games is a little limited, there are a lot of popular games that wouldnt get included if subscription was restricted to those games. I get the feeling that would generate more complaints than not having dual platform support. Maybe I'm wrong, interested to hear from others using the subscription.

Yes there are a lot of good games on that list.
I just did a quick Google of most popular Quest 2 games. Uploaded has a top 25 list, as of this summer, of which 7 are cross-buy. That kind of indicates to me it's better to offer games from as large a library as possible, and have PCVR versions as a bonus rather than the rule.
There are more lists out there, Meta have their own top 50 sellers list but it's getting late, I'll go through them some other time.

That cross buy list is unfortunately incomplete. For example Audica, Pistol Whip and Walkabout Mini Golf are cross buy but are missing from it.
