Positional Tracking is not working

Hi.
i have my new computer. i7, 8 ram, but the Graphic Card is: GeForce GTX 550 Ti
why, the positional tracking is not working.
only when conncet the blue light flash and then off.

please help

I'm not sure if that is your tracking problem, but you video card is too old and is unsupported.

A GT 630 won't work, that's a step backwards from what you have now...

No, it won't work. The requirement is a GTX 600 series, GT 630 is crap and won't work.

I would recommend the GTX 970 but, if that's too much money, a GTX 750 Ti should be the bare minimum.

The GTX 650 is probably the oldest card that will even work at all.

If money is an issue, you can try second hand market. The more VRAM the better. Might be difficult to beat a 750ti, and you will also have to consider the power supply.

Also worth noting that positional tracking has nothing to do with the GPU. Before you spend on a card that won't even fix your issue, I'd take a look at the rest. More likely, a driver problem, to do with the USB camera. Beyond that, I don't know.

obzen is correct. There may be a problem with the tracker, or with the tracker USB cable.
