"Although not confirmed, it does sound like the experience may be weapons oriented, with a chance that the experience may veer towards an Aliens (rather then Alien) setting"

Please don't mess this up like Colonial Marines..

You will be happy to know that a new VR Park is starting in Manchester in October.

And there is a major VR Arcade open in Birmingham: http://virtualx.co.uk/home/

Out-of-home only

Yeah, I read this article the other day, and my excitement evaporated as soon as I saw that it was an OOH experience. I knew you'd be pleased, Kevin, but most of us here as interested in stuff we can use on our in-home VR kits.

Anyway, who knows, maybe it'll be awesome. If it comes to Toronto, I'll probably give it a try.

DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.

Funny you should say Toronto! Will be presenting at the VR Conference there soon - have you been to CTRL V? Or that new down town VR arcade?

Thanks for the reminder... I just saw something about that Toronto VR conference the other day, and I meant to look into it.

Just looked up CTRL V--it's in Waterloo and Guelph, so not that close to Toronto (an hour+ drive away). Anyway, never even heard of it, and haven't seen the downtown VR arcade either.

They stated they just received investment to open another five venues, and TN was on the list.
