I found this digging around, as I plan to get a 3rd sensor for my setup

"For anyone who wants to support larger room-scale configurations, additional Rift sensors will be available for pre-order for $79 USD* on Oculus.com, October 31 and start shipping on December 6. The Rift sensors will include a USB extension cable. We’ll share more details when Rift sensor pre-orders open."

That's nice that it includes an extension cable. I'm going to start with the two sensors and see how it goes. If it feels like it needs it, then I'll grab an extra one.
