Despite trying numerous things like rebooting etc and a long call with Meta support I couldn’t get the pro controllers to track on the Quest 3. They were recognised but ‘tracking stopped’.
The solution that worked for me was turning off PTC. I then rolled back to v67 from v68 after updating the headset.
After going through the set up process, effectively after a factory reset, the pro controllers are working again with my Quest 3.
