Since yesterday I've been in trouble with my Windows 10. I installed the USB 3 card that I bought from Amazon and the Windows started to hang at Welcome screen. The circle turns and turns after I put the passcode but it doesn't open. So I removed the card but it is still very unpredictable. Most of the time it still hangs at that screen. I believe it might be a driver issue. But I don't know what to do. I don't want to wipe all the data of the computer because it's been only 3 weeks since I installed everything.
Until I installed this card, I had no issue. I tried to run the Windows 10 diagnostic to check the startup issue but it didn't solve anything. What do you think the problem might be and what can I do to solve this problem? Running windows on Safe mode and restarting it didn't solve the problem. It's not consistent. Is there a way to find what causing that hanging problem by maybe a third application?
What would you do to solve the problem without formatting your computer?

I hadn't installed anything as a driver. I just inserted the inateck card and I think Windows installed it automatically. But in safe mode, I didn't see any driver related to inateck after unplugging it.
