i don't find in any where about the compatibility of quest 2 in WIndows 10 or 11, i'll install a new windows tomorrow, i'll have a better experience with Windows 10 or 11?

We used to get a lot of posts on the forum about problems with W11 but not anymore. I built my new PC with 11 recently, I didn't really see a reason to update my previous PC W10 OS which has been and still is problem free with the headsets.
So far I don't see any loss of reliability or any instabilities W11 vs 10.
