Quest 2 Settings Menu Changed on V38?

I restored my Quest 2 to factory settings, and it already got updated to V38 but the settings menu is different now.

I, for example, can't find the option to set controllers vibration intensity.

How can i have the settings menu bellow back?

Go to settings/Hands and Controllers/Controllers.

Vibration intensity slider is there.
