Quest 2 Spinning Screen

So I was on my headset and got out of vrchat and when I played back my screen froze, and the screen started spinning and now I can't power it off I need help, I'm on a quest 2 btw

Hey there greenscreen,

Can you please try holding down the power button for at least 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound?

If you don't hear the boot-up sound, please try holding the power and volume DOWN button at the same time until the boot screen appears.

Then, use the volume buttons to go to 'boot device' and use the power button to confirm.

Then select 'yes' with the volume buttons and press the power button again.
