Quest 2 account switching broke my Quest.

My Quest had my dads account on it. I added my Meta Horizon Account as a separate account and when I switched to it, it shut down, and is now boot looping. I tried holding the power button, but it still won't get past the Meta Horizon OS screen, with the noise being cut off.
