Hello, I would like to ask the reason why lenses can melt.

Do you mean the lenses themselves melting or the lenses melting the screen?
For the former: plastic and glass can melt pretty easily if you heat it enough. I've never heard of anybody melting their lenses though.
For the latter: the lenses are like magnifying glasses. If direct sunlight goes on them, it gets focused onto the screen and burns holes in it.
