Hey guys We all know we got screwed with the quest 3.. How to we start a class action against meta? IF there is one already in the work let me know. This has to stop.. They rob people and sell them problematic hardware like the touch and the headset drifting.. It'S the last time i get something form them. Let's sue them because they will do this to your kids and many other generation after us. They are evil

I agree, it's so incredibly riddled with problems that it's nothing more than a glorified paperweight these days, constant headset tracking issues, controller tracking issues, banding when in gameplay, and now the wifi is dropping every 10 seconds no matter what you try, it's a waste of silicon and money, literally unusable

Mine lasted one month then I couldn’t use it. They’re supposed to send me two new controllers. I haven’t gotten my my warranty ran out November when I was replying to this, they sent me to the community website so I had to start over but we’re still really hurrying to get it this month you going to I’m just waiting. **bleep** that microphone changes my words, but I don’t feel like typing all this out. Bottom line except Best Buy do it so they record the phone number.

It was supposed to say Best Buy knew they were having a Lotta problems so they didn’t record the phone number and when I lost the receipt I couldn’t use the phone number

My first problem it wouldn’t charge. It was one without being the controllers wouldn’t sync with the heads that they were supposed to send me three or two new ones but happy it’s been three months.

Did you find anything on a class action suit for the Q3? I would love to be included! I bought the Q2 and the Q3. They have all but made my Q2 completely useless with the new update, and the Q3 sucked from day ONE, but I was hoping an update would fix the issue. It did not and my warranties are both expired. Meta says my product serial number for the Q2 is invalid so they are basically telling me these things are garbage and I wasted well over two thousand dollars on these ridiculous devices! I'm ready to haul them into court!

My thoughts exactly, if you post on a public forum then you have to deal with all kinds of comments. Is Meta Support the worst? I honestly don’t think so but they are also not very good. I just sent in my Quest 3 for a software/account issue because Meta Support thought it was a hardware issue. But aside from not having Include mic audio in camera settings. I’ve had no problems with it.

It's a reliable gadget until you get one that isn't.
Just like cars, there are "lemons" and META should address this and fix it. Their customer support is negligent. We took very good care of ours and the software update rendered it inoperable.

So what if statistically speaking most of the headsets are fine? How does that help people who don't have headsets that are working right and it's not their fault like in our case?!!
