Quest link issue

Hello, i own a quest 1 and for a few months I haven't been able to use quest link, when I go to the link tab it just says searching for pics and never pops up I have tried everything to fix that, the only time it worked was when I plugged the cable from the part that is supposed to go to the head to the PC and the other end to the headset and now it doesn't work again i own an official oculus link cable and it's been bothering me for a while not being able to play any pcvr titles on top of that internet is not that good so airline keeps constantly jumping and it stutters is anyone could help me I would be very happy.

Hey there @w1alter44! We know having trouble connecting to your PC is causing a roadblock in your PCVR journey, but not to worry, we are here to help you get back on track. 

Let's start with some troubleshooting steps that have helped others in the past: 

  • Try doing a hard reboot to the headset: 
    1. With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power off screen.
    2. Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.
  • Next, restart the PC app: 
    1. Select Settings from the left side of the app.
    2. Select Beta from the top of the app.
    3. Click Restart Oculus to restart the app.
