I have a laptop which can run VR (intel 17 with GTX 1070), should I get the Quest with Link or the Rift S? Which is better?

My computer is an old Mac so i will probably be limited to the quest games.
But I have recently discovered an app which you can download for the Quest, connect it to your computer and a game pad, and then you can do whatever you want , that you could do in the computer! Even play Fortnite for example!

To run Quest PC Link you still need a win10 VR capable PC.  See the Oculus website for recommended specs.  An old Mac is not going to run this imho.

ok

The debate was getting a bit heated there, can I ask to take it down a notch or two. I know it's a thing when we start comparing headsets but let's keep it friendly. Also, the thread is really about comparing Rift-S and Quest so perhaps avoiding CV1 in comparisons will help a bit!
