Do i have to keep the required amount that is going to be charged on my PayPal account or will it directly being charged from the bank account through PayPal like every other payment as well?
I an not a Paypal expert, but I expect it to be charged from the bank account as usual. If you log in on your Paypal account and go to "Settings", select the "Payment" tab and click on "Preapproved Payments" you should see that Oculus VR is registered there.
@hatec0re PayPal by default uses the credit funds first before going into your default payment you used at the time of purchase, if there are insufficient credit funds in your PayPal account then the first default payment method you used to purchase the item will be used. Hope this helps.

@hatec0re no you are not required, I own a Paypal Business account for my company so I think I have some insight ... anyway... I ordered my oculus via VISA debit card ... when you ordered via PayPal did it ask you your preferred payment method (ie card, bank account) ? (My PayPal is linked to 3 cards + Direct Bank account)

@LZoltowski if i remember correctly i was asked IF oculus may charge amount x upon shipping, i just wanted to make sure so i dont run into trouble later
