Recommendations for 3rd sensor extension cables?

I'm looking at the following 30ft USB extension cable to support a third sensor for room scale: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FQ88CHS/

Has anyone by chance tried this particular cable, or a similar active extension cable in the 20-30ft length class?

Thanks!

Thanks! I'll probably give this one a try since all the 'cable matters' branded stuff I've bought in the past has been just fine for what I needed.

USB 2.0 is sufficient for the 3rd sensor if the other 2 are on USB 3.0.

i think it depends on your setup. obv if ur usb 2 bus is already pretty utilized this may not be ideal.

i currently have 3 separate usb 3 buses (intel, whatever the 3.1 port is (forget the name) and an add in inateck usb card. i have two sensors on the inateck, one on the intel and one on the 3.1, and the HMD usb is also on the intel 3.0 bus. my usb 2 bus already has my mouse/kb, t300 wheel, th8a shifter, fightstick, and wireless dongle for the xbox pad.

also cybereality himself said the hmd usb could safely go on usb 2.0 but when i tried that, i got all sorts of crackling and pops in the audio, and this is with a z170 chipset so i wouldnt necessarily take what they say about usb 2 being ok as gospel. you could probably get away w it, but it might not be ideal esp on older chipsets
