Ok first off Id like to thank the people that helped me in my other post with their suggestions. Thank you Cyberrality and Diogofigueiredo. With that said I bought my DK2 for one primary reason and that was to play Rust on it. Ive logged in over 1300 hours on Rust and if I were to play Rust on my DK2 the rest of my game collection would collect dust. Now Ive looked around on google with no luck , but I have seen someone play Rust on the DK2 but they offer no advice or info on how they set it up to get it to work. Now I read that someone used Vorpx to get Rust to work on DK2 , Ive tried that with no luck. Vorpx recomends seeting the Oculus display in extended mode for it to work properly and from what Ive learned DK2 currently dosent work in extended only direct mode. This I believe is why Half Life 2 and Team fortress no longer work in the DK2 since they need extended mode to work from what I remember. Of all the games I could play on the DK2 Rust is far away the one I want to play, if I had a choice between having every game I own work in oculus or Rust only I would pick Rust. So I'm hoping someone can step forward to figure out how to make this possible and explain to me what I have to do to get Rust working. If anyone is able to help me, the minute I can play Rust in my oculus with head tracking working it would be my pleasure to send you a code for a 20 dollar Steam card. I really need help with this one , Rust is my game , its all I ever really play. Thanks.
