What you're seeing in the Nvidia control panel is the settings for the virtual desktop that you can open in Oculus Home (Dash). The Rift doesn't show up as a display device, and the resolution is controlled by the Oculus SDK. You don't need to adjust anything.

DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.

Sorry if it bumping but i dont want to start a new thread when i already got one open.

Thanks for answer. Any way why does it say in NVidia control panel resolution when oculus app is open 3840 x 2160 resolution. Also it says its native. That's 4k isn't it?. What is being displayed at 4k?.

So is oculus home dashboard been rendered at 4k resolution?.

Yes, native resolution is the fixed resolution that an LCD for example have. And yes that is 4K resolution you mentioned above.
And yes its an virtual desktop setted for dashboard 1.23 if im not mistaken. Why its set so high, I can only guess about but it prolly have something to do with how it looks when you get up close to it in home.

Offcourse the resolution for the rift is 2160x1200 or 1080x1200 x 2.
