First off, take a look at the latest reviews as they roll in for scary baboon. Whether its metas game or not, you're dropping the ball allowing creators to sell digital items without refund systems in place. What is happening now is the latest update removed all cosmetic items people have purchased. I now have 3 kids who have their own money sunk into the game and they don't have the items (permanent items) they purchased.
This in combination of the lack of help that meta support can give for scams like this is what made me cancel all 3 of my quest plus subscriptions. You won't be getting anymore money from me at all. Please, PLEASE look into this scam game and have some more rigor when you let games through...whether or not they are a work in progress. Do not let them charge for anything while basically in open pre pre pre pre pre alpha. This is ridiculous.
I agree. Now I'm searching for "lost purchases" from this game and similar things have happened in other games and Metas only response is to contact the game developer, whom usually have poorly run and organized discord servers and 1 man developer crews who refuse to be accountable for anything.
