Scheduled Delivery! Rift Bundle

Wow!  Everything unfolded so quickly once they charged my card.  One day of processing and it's being Next Day Air delivered, scheduled for the 27th (technically today, but it's just really late at night).

I'm not sure if everyone who ordered a Best Buy bundle is receiving on the 27th, although it's quite possible.  Just incase there's any of you who are still waiting on your PC/Rift bundle, they're moving quick!
I had ordered the Asus G11 / Rift bundle with the Asus monitor.
I just wanted to note that the Rift and Asus G11 are both coming out of Kentucky.  The monitor however is shipping out of Fresno, CA.  I had heard that Rifts pre-ordered through Oculus were shipping out of KY, and it appears the Best Buy bundles are coming from the same place.

Anyhow, I honestly thought the excitement of the Rift had kinda been burnt off for me through the wait, but it's back on
I'm going to do my best to document my honest first impressions (from someone who has never experienced true VR) and share them here in the forums.  Wish me luck, as I'm also not yet accustomed to PC (I've been all Mac for the past 8 years or so).

Also, please spare the debate over whether it's a waste of money to buy a VR ready PC etc. lol...  I know it costs less to build one, but I neither had the time nor the know how.

Quick update:
On the "Oculus Ready" Asus G11, there's a link on the desktop that says "Download Oculus".  It takes you directly to the Oculus Setup Install.
HOWEVER:  when I go to install the setup software I get a message that says there was an error and that the software couldn't be installed.  It asks me to reboot and try again.   I do the reboot and try again with no luck.

After doing some searching here in the forums it appears this is a common issue with some people.  I found a walkthrough here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/oculus/comments/4caiwr/failed_install/
Unfortunately, as I follow the walkthrough I reach a point where I am instructed to:
-Right click Oculus VR, LLC, and click Permissions, followed by selecting "reorder" permissions.
Long story short, when I select Permissions, there is no prompt to "Reorder" permissions, thus I'm still stuck.

There's also been some other road blocks with the PC that I'll get into later on, but for now this is really frustrating me....  Not able to try my Rift! lol
