I know this is prob. the least optimal place to post anything about this, but im tired if the ticket replys.
Since the 15.10. im in replacement-cycle where i had to send my broken sensor to get a new one.
It arrived days ago and nothing happend... so im quite pissed already, have your had similiar experiences with replacements?
Alone from this experience i wont be putting any more money into this company, simply what the f*ck?!
All this time with only 1 sensor is already such a terrible experience (i bought another one to bridge it) but i still got not even a reply that they got my package (from the tracking i know they did).
