That's not something Oculus does, that's on Nvidia. To put forth an attempt to cater specifically to the card holders that got 3000 series cards would be a foolish move. The cards are **bleep** near impossible to get ahold of unless you have no life and spend every waking moment online in discord forums and monitoring twitter. Besides, it's more than clear Oculus is headed in the direction of Mobile. Their Focus is on Quest 2. I'd be shocked if they even had a pcvr store by 2022.
